Flip-flap doors are used between production, processing, corridor and work areas where there is little or no temperature difference. They are semi-insulated doors, suitable for separating areas with forklift, pallet truck and other vehicle traffic. The door leaf is built as a monoblock: anodised aluminium frame profiles, facings and internal support sheets are joined without thermal bridges, then injected with polyurethane for a solid, single-piece structure.
The doors are made from hygienic materials that meet European standards. They contain no organic materials and do not deform when cleaned with chemical disinfectants.
